KEEP THE NIGHT FUN

The Eatwell Guide recommends that people should aim to drink 6 to 8 cups or glasses of fluid a day. Not getting enough fluids can lead to dehydration. If you are in a hot environment or involved in physical activity then you need to drink a higher level of fluids.

Young people between 18 and 24 are twice as likely to be non-drinkers vs older age groups. This choice doesn't mean they don't embrace the night-time industries.
